The Company’s hotel platform contains 5 working inns together with a resort with a co-located serviced residence, situated in the major Indian cities of Mumbai, Hyderabad, and Bengaluru, representing 2,328 keys as of March 31, 2018. All of the inns are branded with globally acknowledged manufacturers, equivalent to, JW Marriott, Westin, Marriott, Marriott Government Residences, Renaissance and 4 Factors by Sheraton, that are held by Marriott Hotels India Private Limited and its associates. The 4 inns properties and a serviced residence that are managed by third events are JW Marriott Resort Mumbai Sahar, Bengaluru Marriott Resort Whitefield, The Westin Hyderabad Mindspace, Renaissance Mumbai Conference Middle Resort and Marriott Government Residences.
