After the amendment to the Prevention of Money Laundering Act (PMLA) Rules, 2017 , linking Aadhaar to mutual fund investments is mandatory. As per current amendments to Prevention of Money Laundering Act (PMLA) Rules, 2017, Financial Institutions like Mutual Funds are authorized to obtain Aadhaar Number from their customers and link the same to the respective accounts.

Link Aadhaar To Your Mutual Funds in these Simple Steps

Link Aadhaar to your Mutual Fund Folios by visiting the CAMS website

CAMS (Computer Age Management Services) is the first R&T agent to provide an online facility to link Aadhaar number to your existing mutual fund folios.

Visit CAMS website and enter your PAN number and select mobile number or email address. On the next page, you need to enter your Aadhaar number, mobile number linked with your Aadhaar card and email id. Then click on the submit button, you will receive an OTP which you enter on the next and final page. Click submit.

Link Aadhaar to your Mutual Fund Folios by visiting the Karvy website

You can now link your Aadhaar card number to respective MF folios by visiting Karvy portal.

Visit Karvy website enter your PAN number and click on the generate OTP button. Enter the OTP and click on validate button to go to the next page. On the next page, enter your Aadhaar card number and click submit.

Link Aadhaar to your Mutual Fund Folios by visiting the Franklin Templeton’s website

If you have invested in any of the schemes offered by Franklin India, you can now link your Aadhaar card number to respective MF folios by visiting Franklin Templeton portal.

Visit Franklin Templeton website , enter your PAN number detail and select one of the following options: Date of Birth, PIN code or last transaction amount and then click on next button. On the next page they will ask you for your registered bank account number. Click on next to proceed further to link your Aadhaar to your mutual fund investments.

Link Aadhaar to your Mutual Fund Folios by visiting the Sundaram BNP Paribas website

If you have invested in any of the schemes offered by Sundaram BNP Paribas Fund Services, you can now link your Aadhaar card number to respective MF folios by visiting Sundaram BNP Paribas website portal.

Visit Sundaram BNP Paribas website, enter your PAN number, registered email address and mobile number and then click submit button. Proceed to next page to link your mutual fund investments to your Aadhaar number.
